A commercial, administrative, and medical mall located directly on Mostafa Kamel Axis, one of the most important main axes in the First Settlement, New Cairo. The project is developed on a total land area of 4,500 square meters. The project has been fully sold, achieving total sales of EGP 1.7 billion, and 50% of the project has been leased to leading brands, with the project opening scheduled for June 2026.
H.THREE Mall.
A commercial, administrative, and medical mall located in Al Narges Villas, directly in front of the Narges Mobil Gas Station, in the heart of the Fifth Settlement, New Cairo. The total project area is 5,000 square meters. The estimated total sales value of the project is approximately EGP 2 billion. 60% of the project has already been sold, and the mall is currently in the construction phase. Project delivery is planned within two years.
